In addition, I am also appreciative that he is a very hands-on when it comes to tenant management even after the closing. ​I engaged CC in Sep 2023 to assist in the leasing out of my apartment through a referral. I had an existing realtor, but after a few months, he was still unable to deliver any concrete tenants or leads. However, CC was able to close the deal in a matter of weeks. As a first-time landlord, I am also unclear about policies, administrative issues, tenant management etc. CC was able to guide me and make recommendations in a clear and concise manner, which made the renting-out process a very smooth one for me. I engaged CC to rent out my property in Dec 2022. He was very conscientious in updating me on the rental situation on the ground, the progress of the marketing efforts and viewings, and subsequently negotiations on the lease with the tenant.
