Hello everyone! My name is Cheong Chye or CC for short and I am here to help with all your residential real estate needs!

With a lifetime of experience working in industrial real estate and civil engineering and fostering relationships with the people he has worked with to achieve a common goal, I aim to bring a competitive edge for each client and for every sale, purchase, and lease. From my personal experience as a first-time homeowner, it’s not just about a firm commitment to closing a deal; it’s about making sure the client is content and fulfilled with their experience.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking care of all my plants, a hobby which I started during the pandemic. I am a proud uncle of three nephews and currently share a home with my partner in the first apartment I purchased in 2019.
